Since i was 15 years old i realized that food become a big interest to me and i discovered this in summer of 2010 when i was bored and all i did was find interest in cooking shows on tv and started to try to cook and bake things i hadn’t ever tasted or seen. After that everyday i came up with my own breakfast, lunch or dinner ideas. That then became my interest of career choice…culinary arts and at that moment i decided it would be a great idea to attend Le Cordon Bleu after high school to become a chef and work for amazing restaurants, world class chefs and ,perhaps even be celebrities’ private chef. It was a dream of mine to work for amazing people. Through the years after that my form of having fun was cooking and discovering new recipes and gaining more and more interest in different foods and different ways of creating meals with 6 or less ingredients. Not only was it a way of having fun to me but it was a hobby of which at the moment i wanted to create a future career in. It was a way of me being creative and making a life. After high school i did not end up pursing a career in culinary but i still found opportunities to gain experience and fun. At 19 years old with one of my uncles who was a chef himself, i gained the opportunity to work for Gordon Ramsey at one of his restaurants in Hollywood and there i realized even more that even though i had decided to attend college for something totally different i still had so much interest and passion for cooking.
