Ive lost all hope & motivation…im not sure what to do anymore. There isnt one nightcthat i dont cry even a little bit. Flashbacks,anxiety,panic,are all eating me up & i dont know how to deal with it. Now i go to a psychiatrist for help because nobody can help me not even myself.

Breakfast sandwich with bacon,ham,egg & cheese in soft sweet bread.along with a side of potatoes
